Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hokappa. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@hokappa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- In cases of late or missing refunds, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hokappa.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@hokappa.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
