1. Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@hokappa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
